Everyone Home DC’s Homeless Assistance Response Team, HART, is a group of concerned community members that are trained in basic street outreach techniques to provide meaningful support to our homeless neighbors in and around Capitol Hill. Our HART Volunteers deploy in the evenings, year-round, to provide resources to our most vulnerable residents. Join us for one of our upcoming trainings to learn how you can help our homeless neighbors stay safe throughout the year.
