Families and single adults in Everyone Home DC’s permanent supportive housing program receive subsidized housing along with intensive case management services, regular home visits, and workshops in order to maintain long-term stability.
In 2023, our Family Permanent Supportive Housing Programs served 53 families (60 adults and 124 children) needing long-term support.

Everyone Home DC’s Permanent Supportive Housing is designed to provide permanent housing and supportive services for families and single adults in Washington, DC. Households in our Permanent Supportive Housing Program live in scattered site homes throughout the city and pay a portion of their income towards their monthly rent.
We provide ongoing resources so the people we work alongside have the opportunity to experience stability and lead healthy, fulfilling, and productive lives. Households working alongside our Permanent Supportive Housing program receive subsidized housing along with intensive case management services, regular home visits, and workshops to maintain long-term stability.
Referrals for Everyone Home DC’s Permanent Supportive Housing Program come from The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness, DC’s Coordinated Assessment and Housing Placement (CAHP), and the Department of Human Services.
