UPCOMING EVENTS
Join Everyone Home DC for a Capitol Hill Community Gathering: Neighbors Supporting Neighbors at Capitol Hill Presbyterian Church on Sunday, October 20 from 4:00-5:30 pm.
Together, we will learn about the history and causes of homelessness in DC, how to support our unhoused neighbors year-round, and share ideas on how we can collectively move our community towards one where everyone can obtain and remain in safe, affordable, and comfortable homes. Tickets are free and RSVPs are appreciated. Secure your spot today.
Everyone Home DC warmly invites you to an Open House for our drop-in Day Center, Shirley’s Place, located at 1338 G Street SE, on Wednesday, October 30, starting at 5:30 pm. Come alone or bring a neighbor friend! Arrive early to mingle and enjoy light refreshments.
We look forward to coming together to celebrate our community and discuss ways we can continue to work together to ensure our city and neighborhood are thriving, welcoming, and diverse spaces where all people can obtain and remain in safe, affordable, and comfortable homes. The event is free, but RSVPs are required. Please RSVP here.
Year after year we are so incredibly grateful to you for continuing to ensure Everyone Home DC’s September Challenge reaches historic success! For the fifth year in a row, you showed up for individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness in DC. We reached our ambitious (and record-setting) $80,000 goal, with more than 200 gifts made throughout the Challenge.
We believe that when everyone has access to a safe, affordable, and comfortable home, we can all thrive.
